Redesign is usually about clarity
Most underperforming websites are not failing because they are missing one clever SEO trick. They are failing because they feel unclear. People land on them and cannot tell quickly enough what the business does, whether it looks trustworthy, and what to do next.
A redesign fixes the basics first: structure, copy, hierarchy, page speed, and the path to enquiry.
Rebuild or refresh?
Sometimes a visual refresh is enough. Sometimes the right move is a full rebuild, especially if the current setup is bloated or constantly causing maintenance issues. That is where the choice between WordPress and Astro comes in.
If the site needs to be lightweight, fast, and low-maintenance, Astro often makes more sense. If you want a traditional editing workflow, WordPress may still be the better fit.
Not sure if you need a redesign or a new build?
I can look at what you already have and tell you straight whether it is worth improving or whether it makes more sense to start fresh.
